Asian Ramen Noodle Salad

Get creative with this cheap and easy Asian inspired salad.  It was one of my go-to salad recipes in college because it was cheap, easy, and delicious!



Ingredients: 1 package oriental ramen noodles 1 package of broccoli slaw 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. rice vinegar 1/4 c. honey Instructions: Preheat oven 350 F. Crush up ramen noodles and place the crushed pieces on a baking sheet.  Toast the crushed pieces and remove from oven.  In a small bowl, combine honey, veggie oil and rice vinegar with the oriental flavor packet.  This will be the dressing for the salad.  Toss toasted noodles with broccoli slaw and drizzle with dressing.  

* If desired: get creative and add crushed walnuts, mandarin orange slices, grilled chicken or shrimp to make the salad even more delicious!
