A perfect summer treat when heading to a picnic or for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 pound strawberries 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 (8 oz) cream cheese bar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
Instructions: Wash strawberries and dry thoroughly. Cut off the tops of the strawberries and core out the middle using a small spoon. If you want the strawberries to stand up, sit a small portion off of the tip. This is not necessary however, the finished product looks great laying on its side, too! Set aside strawberries and begin the cheesecake filling. Using a mixer, beat room temperature cream cheese. Next add the powdered sugar and vanilla until mixed throughout. Place the cheesecake filling in a ziplock bag or pastry piping bag and pipe filling into the cored strawberries. After filling all of the strawberries, sprinkle each with graham cracker crumbs and enjoy! You can use other things to decorate the cheesecake stuffed strawberries such as: mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, drizzled chocolate or peanut pieces. These are best when they are made the day the will be consumed.
