This warm goat cheese dip is the perfect cozy appetizer in the fall and winter months. Serve it with your favorite gluten free cracker or crostini
Ingredients:
10 oz plain goat cheese
1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp minced black olives
salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for the top.
Directions:
Chop artichoke hearts into bite sized pieces. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine. Grease a microwave safe dish and pour in mixture. Spread evenly and top with extra shredded parmesan. Place the dish into a 350F oven and bake until heated through and the edges brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before spreading on crostini or crackers and enjoy!
